Overhauled the user interface appearance: cleaner, compatible with Windows XP Themes.

Internal architecture improvements.

Bugs fixed:

  • Drawing with the pencil doesn't show up in the Movie view until you switch away from the frame and back.
  • Vector Properties dialog sometimes doesn't show when needed.
  • Uninstall prompts to remove registration information even if you're not registered.
