Springboard releases

Springboard version 1.03 is now available.

This is a minor maintenance release and contains a couple of bug fixes, described at:

Just a quick reminder: Coupons for 50% off of a Springboard license upgrade are available for one more week. All you need to do to get your coupon is to post in one of the forums on Springboard's web site. Let others know what you're doing with your storyboards in the User Stories forum, and save at the same time!

Springboard version 1.01 is now available.

This is a minor maintenance release and contains a few bug fixes, described at:

The main change is an upgraded licensing system. This removes the calendar-based expiration in the free trial version, substitutes a more industry-standard 30-day trial period, and will allow us to offer network licensing, as requested by schools and larger business customers.

It also means that existing license codes will not work with the new version. Users who purchased a license since the start of this year will receive an upgrade license code for free by e-mail. Users with older licenses can receive a coupon for 50% off a new license.

This ties into another new development: there are now user forums on the 6sys.com web site. To get your upgrade coupon, create an account there and then post a new topic in one of the forums. The upgrade coupon offer will extend through the month of May. New licenses will cover all 1.x releases.

Springboard version 1.0 is now available.

This version includes File > Export To > Wave, as well as more Undo and bug fixes - and it officially recognizes that Springboard is a mature product. Is it finished? Not by a long shot. (read more)

This version focuses on supporting more Undo, and also includes a couple of features to aid in layer animation and some bug fixes.
